  • Central Division Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC) Supervisor 2002-2006.  In this position he has responsibility for the OEC programs in the Ohio Region, Eastern Michigan Region and the Southern Region.  This spans five states; Eastern Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Southern Wisconsin.  Ed is responsible for quality assurance of the OEC related training programs.  He is also a contributor to the NSP curriculum and programs.
