Randy Weneck is a senior in the Milford High School Marketing Education Program. As part of his requirement in the Milford Marketing Education Program, Randy co-opts with his parents’ business R & R Construction, at 1130 Rainbow Trail, Milford. R & R Concrete, founded in 1987 by Randy’s parents Dennis & Donna Weneck, specialized in residential concrete with some commercial. Currently Randy is working 30 hours as a part-time Foreman/Contractor. Randy contracts potential customers, negotiates/bids on concrete projects, develops blue prints, creates newspaper advertisements/flyers, and most importantly maintains 100% customer satisfaction through quality-controlled customer service. Randy plans to operate the business full-time upon graduation. He is currently developing a business plan which will be entered in DECA District competition. Randy is actively involved with the Milford DECA Chapter by leading the class in the annual Mighty Ducks/Milford Community Hockey Game November 8, 2003. He is also involved with two community service projects the Mary Miller Fund Drive (Needy families in Milford) and THE HANDS “Giving Tree” project (Needy children in Clermont County). Randy also has been involved with DECA leadership competition by being selected as one out of 28 to run for an Ohio DECA state officer position. |
